DMW3 VW AUDI Code Reader and Mileage Programmer Tool

Hello, I purchased the DMW3 VW AUDI Code Reader and Mileage Programmer Tool, and do not have a manual for it. I wanted to know if there is one so that I can learn how to use this tool. Also, is there anywhere I can download updates to it ?
