re tacho 2008 pro

dear sir madam i purchased tacho 2008 of you on the 18/02/2011 and receved item on the 1/3/2011, there is a problen with the item all i have on the screen is reset and i have left it with the power supply pluged in, and i have read all the manuall and i still cant get the item to work, as i need the item i have 6 dash boards to repair, it has cost a lot of money, could you please contact me, i did not receve an invoice off you or a contact number.ma email address is rbr832@aol.com contact number 07400115771, pay pal transaction id 9kp88159d61259231.many thanks gari 4/3/2011
