Hitag 2 software does not recognize the machine

I tryed all the possiplities to connect the machine to my laptop, it did not work, Itried to connect it to a friend 's laptop, it did not work.I have the 32MB laptop and I back up my computer's date I did all what the instruction said on the POORLY loaded CD.no information in it and not driver software in it.
I did e mail you guys, couple days ago, I still getting no answer,
please e mail me back with some solution for the problem, I need to use the machine very quick.
