we purchased the above on july 6 an are trying to get a replacement cd the one supplied will not download onto our computers ,the paypal transaction id #3K811082FX896170M the invoice id FR1107060332 & tracking no EE614408405CN , we have emailed zsltechpay but are not much of a responce can you please help Thank you A J Summers
