BMW Carsoft 6.5 Item No.:ST02

Hi there.
I need your help. Could you explain me why this doesn't read error cods (illegal operation). I put all staff correctly with your instruction. At begining everything was fine but when I try did diagnose then software crashed, showed me illegal operation.
I have BMW E46 320D 2003 year.My Order #1005200194. Thanks for your help.
