Querry:Tacho Pro 2008 Universal

I am interested in buying this product but would like to know
exactly how versatile it is, in other words how many makes
of vehicles can i successfully adjust odometer mileage on?
Also, can i erase basic faults with this device such as errors
and airbag faults? Will i get an instructional guide with it?
